What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel for free up to 24 hours prior to appointment, otherwise you forfeit the 10% deposit for late cancellation. If you attend your appointment more than 30 minutes late we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide service. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted gifts / change of mind so please choose carefully. If you believe your order has been damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can rectify the situation. Similarly, if you believe there is a manufacturing error please contact us right away so we can make it right for you! Email us at: Support@bkt.net.au  

Please note: we are unable to change your delivery address or make changes to orders once they are submitted (as they are immediately sent to our warehouse and then shipped) so please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Privacy Policy

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of contacting you about your order if necessary.
